Who I am.
Hello, I’m Selin Aydın — an experienced research associate with strong communication skills and intercultural competence.
I currently work as a researcher at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. As a contributor to the Federal Ministry of the Interior’s report „Muslimfeindlichkeit – eine deutsche Bilanz“ (Hostility towards Muslims – A German Assessment), I actively champion diversity and inclusion.
My path led through academic research, compliance governance and business consulting. I bring this broad spectrum purposefully into my workshops, talks and moderation.
In addition, I work nationwide as a trainer and speaker for democracy education, diversity and inclusion — with an approach that combines analytical thinking, empathy and hands-on know-how.
